Join us for a prayerful Sat. of contemplaton. Through instruction, prayer and times of silence, we will explore two contemplative practices for opening to the gift of Christ's love in contemplative prayer. Led by David Frenette, a Contemplative Practitioner and Spiritual Director, who has taught Centering Prayer under the guidance of Fr. Thomas Keating since 1984.
