Have you ever wanted to learn more about healing prayer? The Healing Prayer Team at St. Brigit Episcopal Church will offer a 10-week class, The School of Healing Prayer, beginning June 15.

The class will be based on the teachings of Francis and Judith MacNutt, highly respected leaders in healing prayer. It will offer a scriptural basis for God’s gift of healing prayer and teach attendees how to pray for healing by providing a foundational, practical approach to this ministry.

The School of Healing Prayer will be held on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:30p.m. June 15-August 10. Although it will be helpful to attend all sessions, it is not required. The class is open to everyone, whether or not you have interest in joining the Healing Prayer Team. It will be free for St. Brigit members and $20 for non-members.

Topics will include:

Scriptural Foundations for Healing

Baptism in the Holy Spirit

Gifts of the Holy Spirit
