With: Rev. Jeanne Updike, R.N., M.S., M.Div.
Healing practices have been used throughout history in the great spiritual traditions to bring hope, comfort, strength, spiritual growth, and transformation as well as to assist with pain, anxiety, grief and other difficult emotions. You will learn how to assess your spiritual energy centers and receive spiritual guidance. You will receive initiation into Reiki and will give and receive healing treatments. You will receive certification as a 1st Degree Reiki practitioner that will enable you to use Reiki for your family and friends, as well as for your own healing and renewal.
