Equipping people to be free, connected and engaged by building the capacity for companionship to create a compassionate world.
Healing practices have been used throughout history in the great spiritual traditions to bring hope, comfort, strength, spiritual growth, and transformation as well as to assist with pain, anxiety, grief and other difficult emotions. In this class you will learn principles and techniques of healing through touch from the spiritual traditions of the East (Reiki and the chakras) and West (Abrahamic). You will learn how to assess your spiritual energy centers to receive empowerment and guidance.
