The annual St. Michael’s Women's Silent Retreat will be lead by Lynn W. Huber, MSW, PhD. Lynn is an Oblate, Order of St. Benedict and a spiritual director. The retreat theme is Forgiveness: A Gift to Self, Others and the World. Almost all of us carry something of unforgiveness. We will explore what forgiveness is and isn't, for often our inability to forgive is due to misunderstanding of what forgiveness actually means.

We will look at God's forgiveness of us, our forgiveness of others in our close relationships, forgiveness of ourselves —sometimes the toughest thing—and at the power of forgiveness to create healing in the world.

Lynn W. Huber is from from Lakewood, Colorado and has a wealth of experience as a spiritual director, author, columnist and social worker. She is the convener of the Colorado Chapter of the Episcopal Peace Fellowship.

Location: Mount St. Francis, Franciscan Retreat Center, Colorado Springs.
